A is for apples...
and asparagus, (and maybe artichokes?)
B is for black berries...
blueberries, beets, beans, and broccoli
C is for corn...
cabbage, carrots, celery, cauliflower, cucumbers, cherries and cheese
D is for duck...
dry beans and dairy products.
E is for eggs...
eggplant, and elephant garlic
F is for fish...
french fries and forest products
G is for grapes
garlic, green peppers, and green beans
H is for honey...
and horseradish (and horses- to ride and to race - not to eat!)
I is for ice cream!

J is for juice...
jam and jelly
K is for kidney beans...
and kale
L is for lamb...
lettuce, and lobster
M is for maple syrup...
melons and milk
N is for nuts...
and new potatoes
O is for onions...
and olalaberries (?) (We think someone is pulling ourleg on this one!)
P is for pumpkins...
potatoes, peas, peaches, pears,plums, prunes, and pork (Wow!)
Q is for quahog...
and quick breads
R is for raspberries...
radishes, rhubarb, and rabbits
S is for strawberries...
spinach, snap beans, soybeans, and squash
T is for tomatoes...
turnips, trout, and tart cherries
U is for unsalted butter...
and unicorns (Of course you don't want to eat a unicorn... but we hear they are very handy at spearing brook trout... )
V is for venison...
and vinegar(cider or wine)
W is for wine...
winter squash and the occasional watermelon.
X is for Xeres...
(that's sherry in French)
Y is for yellow squash...
yellow beans, yellow tomatoes, and yellow peppers
Z is for zucchini...
Zucchini bread, zucchini soup, zucchini lasagna, zucchini casserole, zucchini surprise… (You get the picture.)
